Kicking off the new year for Forest Biz with 2 tracks, is the mysterious Jai Tee. Having been in the game a few years now - featuring on our 2016 compilation 'Forest Odyssey, Vol. 2', as well as releases on Harrow, remix work for Sofie Letitre on Noisia's DIVISION imprint and more recently for Jason Hou x Yider on the Outtalectuals label, he's been busy for sure but yet has managed to maintain a mostly unknown persona within the music scene. This release has been a long time coming on Forest Biz.

'Back To Basics' couldn't have been a better title to resonate with Jai Tee's revisiting of his grime influences, this is one tune you want to hear through a sound system. A sub heavy body work with those murky square basses that are guaranteed to have you screwfacing anywhere you hear the track. From grimey to vibey, 'Phoenix' sees Jai Tee delving in with his smoother side, delivering an astonishing journey of a melody that proves why this is his best work yet.
